Now, I disagree with a lot of these, but I am a bit biased I suppose.  I never saw The Social Network, so I believe that any category that it won where The King's Speech was a nominee, something went wrong.  The King's Speech should have won every award possible.  But alas, it only won one. But at least it went to the most worthy of them: Colin Firth (I LOVE YOU COLIN FIRTH!).  And Glee won a few awards to, so it all ended pretty well I suppose. Yay for redundant and unnecessarily frequent award ceremonies for the rich and well-known!

  1. So, while I haven't seen The King's Speech, I too disagree with most of the decisions in the drama department.

Especially the ones where Inception was nominated.

I know, I know, "everyone is entitled to their opinion." But mine is as follows: Inception is as near-perfect an excecution of film creation, character portrayal, and utilization of technology as the industry has given us in the past decade.

I just hope the Academy has better taste than these judges.
